The orange color matches Matt’s favorite jacket, and the crawfish represent Matt’s treasured spring tradition. This memorial would not be complete without paying tribute to two of his greatest passions: soccer and the city of New Orleans. The icons of a soccer ball and a fleur de lis complete the design, a reminder of Matt and the things he held dear.
Matt had a tremendous effect on everyone he met, and the Savoie family hopes that Matt continues to affect lives through an endowed fund benefiting Isidore Newman School. All proceeds from the Matt Savoie Memorial ties, twillys, key fobs, and hats support the Matthew Francis Savoie Memorial Fund.
