SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
NOLA
Couture will process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed
Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed
over the weekend will be shipped Monday. If you need your order to be
expedited, please use an expedited service and we'll get your order out
right away.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders
are shipped via UPS Ground unless an expedited UPS service is chosen.
UPS Ground guarantees delivery within five business days to most places
in the US.
What is the cost of shipping on my order?
NOLA Couture ships with UPS. Your shipping rate will be calculated before you check out based on what kind of shipping you choose and the weight of your order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes,
for an additional fee. Please call and speak with a NOLA Couture
customer service representative at 504-319-5959 for delivery schedule
and rates.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Sorry, no, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
How can I track my order?
Once
an order has been shipped out, the email address you submitted receives
an email with tracking information. Unfortunately, legitimate store
emails such as ours may sometimes will wind up in Junk/Bulk email
folders, so please be sure to check there if you do not receive
correspondence from us after placing an order.
What if I'd like to change my order after it's been placed?
NOLA
Couture makes every effort to send out your order within 24 hrs. so
that you can get your products as soon as possible, so there is very
limited time to change an order prior to shipping. If you must make a
change, please call one of our customer service representatives right
away at 504-319-5959 and we’ll do what we can to accommodate your
change.
Can I ship to an address that's different from my billing address?
You
bet! Your billing address must match the address to which your credit
card statement is sent, but you may certainly enter a separate shipping
address when placing your order.
PAYMENT METHODS
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
Why do you need my billing address if items are shipping somewhere else?
For
security purposes, the billing address you provide must match the
billing address your credit card company uses for payment; delivery may
be to another address of your choosing. Without correct information, we
will be unable to obtain bank authorization for your purchase and the
order will be cancelled. This policy originated with credit card
companies for your protection against fraud.
OUT OF STOCK
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If
you order a product that is currently out of stock, we'll email to let
you know the status and give you the chance to decide whether or not
you wish to place the item on backorder.
SALES TAX
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We
are required by law to collect appropriate sales tax of 4% on orders
shipped within Louisiana and 9% on orders shipped to Orleans Parish.

Do you accept telephone orders? Can I mail you a check or money order?
We accept telephone and mail orders with credit card billing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange a product to NOLA Couture?
We
try to make your experience with NOLA Couture as easy as possible. Just
call or email us about your return. You can send your items back to us
at the address below using a carrier that can provide tracking
information and insurance. We're only able to credit the card that was
originally used for the purchase.

CUSTOM, WHOLESALE & BULK ORDERS
I would like to create a custom tie for a wedding or special event. Can you design custom ties for me?

Can I buy wholesale or in bulk?
Retailers
with a physical store front may qualify for wholesale pricing or
reduced shipping for large quantities of our apparel. Please refer to
our Wholesale page for more information.

promise not to give, rent, or sell your email address or other personal
